  • Our olive oil cake is having a moment! Have you made it yet?! 🙋🏼‍♀️🏆💛 (recipe details below ⬇️)  OLIVE OIL CAKE (W/BROWN BUTTER FROSTING) ⭐️  Olive Oil Cake  1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 cups whole milk, room temperature 
zest and juice of 1 large lemon
zest of 1 medium or large orange
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda  Brown Butter Frosting  1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 pinches of kosher salt

While you don’t want it completely burnt, a few dark specs are great and will ensure your brown butter frosting has excellent flavor.   • CADBURY MINI EGG BLONDIES 💛
Full recipe ⬇️  INGREDIENTS  1 9-oz. package Cadbury Mini Eggs
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
flaky sea salt for garnish  INSTRUCTIONS  1- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13” pan and set aside. Place the Cadbury Mini Eggs in a ziplock bag and using a mallet or the bottom of a heavy glass jar, carefully hit or apply pressure to the eggs until they crack and split. Set eggs aside.  2- In a stand mixer or in a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix again until combined. Add the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt all at once, and mix until just combined. Using a spatula, fold in half of the cracked Cadbury Mini Eggs by hand.  3- Scrape the dough from the mixing bowl and into the greased pan. Use an offset spatula to spread the dough evenly into the pan. Take the remaining cracked Cadbury Mini Eggs and lightly press them into the top of the dough with the shells facing up and the exposed chocolate facing down. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until you can smell the blondies they are golden brown around the edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.  4- Allow blondies to completely cool. Cut with a bench scraper or knife and serve.
