This was a once in a lifetime trip for my mom and I! The villa was breathtaking, the tours and tour guides were fantastic and the food was so amazing! I have not stopped thinking and talking about this trip since I’ve returned home. Rome has my heart forever! I will never forget this trip and the group of ladies that were on it with us.

This was such an amazing experience! It was obvious how much time and effort Brooke put into planning this! As well as her truly kind and caring personality made her so easy to talk to and connect with! The villa was perfect and so picturesque out in the country! The tours were so impressive and educational. The food was all so good! This was exactly the trip I was hoping for! It was well planned and very inclusive so I didn’t have to make too many decisions which can sometimes get overwhelming! I highly recommend going on a trip with Brooke!

The Female Foodie tour was phenomenal. Everything from our gorgeous villa in the countryside to the food and company breathed life through me after two tough pandemic years. Brooke’s exquisite planning allowed for both group and personalized experiences. We experienced amazing gelato and cacio e pepe from not only Rome but pasta making with Nonnas in Sabina and a 12-course pizza meal at Pepe In Grani in Caiazzo. We were able to tour the most amazing sites in and out of Rome including the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. The villa in the country side was exquisite and provided much needed respite from long days on our feet and in the sun. A literal perfect trip to the delightful city of Roma!

The Female Foodie Rome Tour was a fantastic week! The villa was charming and the pool was an added bonus of relaxation. Our tour guide, Fabiana was perfect! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The pasta making day was over the top special. Chiara is an amazing woman! So lucky to have met her. 12 pizzas at Pepe in Grani!!! Delicious!! And of course getting to know 30 women and being able to call them all friends was truly the best part. Great job Brooke!!!!

This trip was absolutely wonderful. Brooke planned down to the minutest of details and it showed! We were able to do so many fun things and eat so much ridiculously good food. I loved the variety of activities and the free time that she worked into the schedule as well. On top of the food and the sights, we got to meet such a fantastic group of women, they’ll be friends for life. I would travel with Brooke anytime, she did a stellar job. Big thank yous from us!

Colette Mortensen, Trip Leader

Hi, I’m Colette! I’m a recent Microbiology graduate from Weber State University. I love camping out for front-row views at concerts, shopping for funky fashion, and planning themed parties with my friends. I can’t wait to join you in Italy next year!
