Everyone knows that girls night consists of comfy clothes, getting the latest gossip and most importantly TREATS! These five foods are some that you may not have thought of before, but after reading this will become absolutely essential to your next girls’ night.
Slightly crunchy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. These are savory, salty and a proven guest-favorite. I remember my friend made homemade pretzels for a girls night once and it’s changed my life forever. Making pretzels does take a little more work than buying chips, but believe me it is beyond worth it.
If there is one staple of a girl night I would have to say it’s ice cream. It makes you feel better when you’re sad, turns good into great and I think it may even be the cure for cancer. Put that together with the yummy flavor of birthday cake and these adorable milk glasses and you’ve got yourself a winner.
That’s right my friends. Why try and kill yourself making something elaborate when you can just use your trusty slow cooker? Then you can prepare ahead of time and not have to stress before the party begins. This fondu is so easy you just have to try it.
These are straight up awesome. Sweet, tangy, and actually make you full. So if you’re looking to feed the girls an actual dinner these quesadillas are highly recommended.
8. Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
These pinwheels are perfect for when you don’t have time to go to the grocery store because all the ingredients are things you probably have on hand. They taste great and are basic enough for your picky friends to really like them.
9. Cannoli Dip
The dip of the gods. This is seriously one of the best things ever. It’s a simple way to get all the flavors of a traditional cannoli into a dip. Your friends will think you’re so fancy!
10. Veggie Pizza
Everyone has that one friend (or maybe you are that one friend) that always wants healthy food at parties. Why not run with that idea and make this delicious veggie pizza? It’s so good that even the non health freaks will love it.
11. Samoa Truffles
Every year when the girl scouts come to my house I astound them by how many boxes of Samoas I’m willing to order. Those cookies are straight from heaven and this truffle recipe is just as good if not better! It’s definitely worth a try.
