They do traditional fillings such as smoked salmon, cream cheese and even throw some Nutella in there too! Heck you can buy a plain one for 30p and do whatever you like with it! Of course if you’re going to have one it has to be their staple salt beef with all the fixings. Cut fresh as you queue, it’s generously stuffed into a homemade bagel and topped with gherkins and mustard.
So if you’re looking for something to do in London on a Sunday I’ve got in planned. Stroll to Spitalfields market, wander down through brick lane and eventually end at Beigal bake (quick tip- don’t get it confused with Beigel Shop masquerading as this famous store just a few doors up. Beigel Bake is white, Beigel Shop is yellow!). Enjoy!
