We’ve got three very important words for you: fry bread tacos!  When you eat at Kachina Cantina, you absolutely have to order their taco plate and upgrade to Navajo-style so your tacos come on fry bread instead of tortillas (though the tortillas are good too and made in-house). We didn’t think tacos could get any better, but Kachina Cantina went and proved us wrong. Their entire menu draws inspiration from the Four Corners region of the Southwest as well as Baja Mexico, which sets them apart in a big way. We highly recommend the Roasted Chicken, Wagyu Brisket, and Wagyu Carne Asada tacos paired with one of their four agua frescas. The chips and the salsa (especially the salsa verde) are also not to be missed—both a little more peppery than you might be used to, but we know you’re going to love them.
