Ledlow is that cozy, hipster spot in Downtown Los Angeles that you have been searching for! The place where you can have a delicious brunch with 1-3 friends in an intimate setting but still feel a part of the hustle and bustle of the city. The downtown neighborhood restaurant has high ratings all across the media for delivering bold American cuisine, including Facebook, Trip Advisor, LA Times, LA Weekly, and even Jonathan Gold himself.
Ledlow has a bright, industrial feel with floor-to-ceiling windows to match the new popular aesthetic in Downtown Los Angeles. There is a quaint little patio wrapping the outside border of the restaurant that is hidden behind a wall of vines. Inside, there are two rooms: a big open community room and a small bar room that feels on-the-go. Enthusiastic servers that always have a smile on their faces complete the experience! They are very attentive and have great recommendations for new customers.
Ledlow’s brunch is by far the best time. They have artisanal lattes (a must for me) and all the brioche toast I could want (this is a new must for me). Their brioche toast is literally toasted to perfection: has a light crisp on the outside and melts in the mouth. The second item below is definitely one I would get every time.
Ledlow Brunch Favorites
- Brioche Toast (brown butter and syrup)
- Brioche Toast (fried egg and gruyere cheese)
- Breakfast Combo (fried eggs, duck fat potatoes, crispy pork belly, salsa verde)
