Female Foodie SLC: Eggs In The CityIMG_6011If you’re craving a trendy, yummy, sunny breakfast, head over to Eggs In The City (wow- I really do love this place). As cheesy as it sounds, everything is simply happy here. The food, the waiters/waitresses, the big opened garage door, and even the yellow colored building. You can’t help but have a smile on your face every time you come here. Not to the mention the food…this alone will bring a smile to your face!

Tucked away in the core neighborhoods of Sugarhouse, you can find some of the best breakfast & lunch eats. I love this place because it has unique dishes that I haven’t found anywhere else- you honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you’ve got a morning sweet tooth, go for the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes (yes you heard me right). A pancake sized cinnamon roll? Sign me up.

The mix of creamy feta, with the sweetness of chopped peppers and crispy potatoes is both healthy and filling. I had it with a poached egg on the side and it was simply beautiful! Not feeling Greek? Try the Mexican Skillet. Another one of the house favorites is the Huevos Rancheros; needless to say, my friend ordered this dish and he was the first one done. So, if you’re wanting a solid, satisfying brunch or midday meal, head over to Eggs In The City and you will definitely leave with a smile on your face.
