Cheese. Another item Holland is famous for. While wandering around on an
absolutely freezing evening, Henri Willig caught my eye. I entered the specialty
cheese shop and immediately began to participate in the taste-testing marathon.
Tried several varieties of Gouda including Herbs & Garlic, Pesto, Cumin Seeds,
Pepper, Fenugreek, and Hot & Spicy. Also tried a  few tastes of Goat cheese,
Sheep cheese, Cow cheese, and other smoked varieties. Brought home a block of
Gouda for the holidays. Delicious. (Mother assembled a cheese and fruit platter.)
