Best Brunch Spots: Hub & Spoke Diner SLCHub & Spoke diner is one of my favorite places for delicious, comfort food in Salt Lake City. In particular, it’s one of my favorites for the best brunch in SLC. Located on 1100 East in Salt Lake City where Finca used to be. They’re open for breakfast, brunch, and dinner, and serve everything from a classic breakfast to homemade pie to homemade mac n cheese.

Best Brunch Spots: Hub & Spoke Diner SLCWhitney and Brett, two of my favs eating at Hub & Spoke Diner for our first time way back when. You’ll never feel like a third wheel with these two! Although Hub & Spoke has an extensive menu, I recommend trying breakfast items on your first visit. Delish.

Best Brunch Spots: Hub & Spoke Diner SLCOne of my favorite savory items at Hub & Spoke diner is the crab eggs benedict. Picture a cornmeal griddle cake, avocado, tomato, arugula, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and potatoes. AMAZING! And definitely one of the best eggs benny I’ve had in SLC. It’s a great spin on a breakfast classic while still preserving that delicious, decadent warmth of the poached egg and hollandaise.
Best Brunch Spots: Hub & Spoke Diner SLCAnother favorite menu item at Hub & Spoke are the banana flap jacks. Any if my picture didn’t do it justice, I’ll dive a little bit deeper with my description. These homemade hot cakes are browned to perfection and served with whipped peanut butter and warm maple syrup. Need I say more? Great service, beautiful location, fantastic menu. Looking forward to trying their shrimp and grits, pecan waffle, chicken and waffle sandwich, and biscuits and gravy. Hub & Spoke Diner (1291 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City, UT // 801.487.0698)
