Salt Lake City has a handful of delish BBQ spots here and there. I recently decided, however, that SLC isn’t full of BBQ lovers. Kind of difficult to recruit the BBQ-loving-letsgetsomeribs type of crowd on my end. Is it because we’re THAT far from the south??? Anyway. My mama took me to Pat’s a couple of years ago (finger-licking delicious). Decided to re-visit with some friends a couple of weeks ago. Still finger-licking delicious.
