Lake Tahoe: Rude Brothers BagelsI’m a huuuuge sucker for a good bagel and was excited to see this bakery when I first ate at Sprouts just a few doors down. Their most popular sellar, “The Rude Awakening” is advertised as the best breakfast sandwich.

It has egg, cheese, and either bacon, sausage, or ham. Going, going, sold.Lake Tahoe: Rude Brothers Bagels View from our place is a unreal ^^^. Okay back to the bagels. The kind gentlemen helping me at the register suggested I also try one of their fresh fruit smoothies, all made with fresh ingredients and never added sugars/high fructose corn syrup/the likes. As if I had an option, I then ordered their Vitamin C Booster made with strawberries, bananas, orange juice, and vitamin C.

I ate my bomb bagel, chased it with my smoothie, and read some more of a great book (Leadership and Self-Deception- amazing). Cheers to now being 3 for 3 on good breakfast spots in Tahoe. The foodie scene in this touristy small town isn’t so bad after all.
