First of all, can we talk about how Indian food is so incredible? The tastes, textures, and combinations of goodness always hit the spot for me. Not only have I already wanted to travel to India, but I’ve always wanted to learn how to cook great Indian food. But, before that happens, I’ll head over to The Curryer.
Nestled on the corner of 300 South and Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City, sits the quant, unique, Curryer cart. The first time I came into contact with this delectable box of amazing food was when my boss brought it in one day for lunch. I was sitting at my desk and smelled something intriguingly delicious, so I turned around and my heart sang.

Everyone knows that Street Tacos are a huge hit, so imagine Indian street food.

Luckily, the chef was able to split half Vegetable Korma and half Chicken Tikka Masala. (My mouth is craving this right now, so writing this post isn’t helping.) It’s a heap-full of food for any stomach out there! To be honest though, I downed the whole thing in one setting…go ahead and judge me and my happy tummy.
