This green smoothie is not only nourishing but tastes delicious! Made with fresh greens, tropical fruit, and coconut milk.
Ingredients
1cuplite coconut milk
1handful fresh spinach
1/2heaping cupfrozen pineapple
1/2heaping cupfrozen mango
1/2 heaping cupfrozen bananas
1Tablespoonchia seeds
pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes
You may use full fat coconut milk if desired. Add a small amount of water if there is difficulty blending (full fat coconut milk has water content than lite coconut milk).
