Rollz has some of the best pho in Salt Lake because, after eating many, many bowls of pho, the broth at Rollz stopped us in our tracks. The house special features eye of round steak, heavenly melt-in-your-mouth flank steak, brisket, and meatballs plus a unique and slightly sweet broth that we can’t stop thinking about. Shout out to Rollz for including both sriracha and chili oil for mixing into your pho.

A popular lunch spot in the heart of West Valley, Pho 777 is a Vietnamese food lover’s dream. The brisket and meatball pho is what keeps us coming back. The beef broth is savory and satisfying without being too salty. The meat is tender and delicate, falling apart in your mouth. The noodles are soft and chewy but not mushy. If you are feeling adventurous, the oxtail pho is a local favorite. With an addictive broth that doesn’t need anything added to it, there was no contest when it came to naming the pho at Pho 777 as the best in Salt Lake City.
